This is a variation of a model by billh_nm (thanks for the base model!)
This is a two-piece item. You cut a 1" circular hole in the soffit and this should friction fit into place. If it doesn't there is enough of a lip that you can secure it with 2-3 sheet metal screws.
This is mean to provide a grommet through a soffit for the Starlink cable. The 1" hole is large enough to accommodate either end of the cable.
