Sofirn SP36 mount for Enduro/Downhill MTB. My goal was to make a mount tough enough to prevent disassembly or rotation when the fork takes big hits. But yet not so chunky that it looks like a motorcycle headlight. I also wanted to make it low-profile (as much as possible) to reduce torque on the mount and for more clearance to bring bars to hips on steep jumps or bunny hops.
The layers are printed perpendicular to the big forces experienced by the flashlight to prevent delamination. Print at standard quality with no supports.
There are 2 versions: single clamp (trail) and double clamp (enduro/DH).
Parts required for full assembly:
* Aluminium GoPro handlebar clamp mount (Aliexpress: ~$3)
* 4.8 mm zip ties
* old inner tube
Mount assembly
* Print the mount
* Slide the 3D-printed mount into the aluminium GoPro handlebar clamp. Push it all the way down.
* Make sure all points of the 3D-printed mount's base make full contact with the aluminium clamp. This helps distribute
