English:An enclosed spool for a 13mm (0.5in) wide soft tape comprised of four pieces:an inner and and outer top and bottom.Assembly:Place the inner bottom piece down on a flat surface.Fit the outer bottom piece over the inner bottom piece.Place the end of your soft tape into the slot on the inner bottom piece.Fit the outer top piece in place by pressing it into the matching groove on the bottom piece.Place the inner top piece onto the spool assembly,taking care to line up the slot for the end of the soft tape.
