There are a few solar light spikes on Thingyverse but none that fitted my lights. This design is for a metal tube about 18mm ID. The spigot is an interference fit but the design has 4 lobes that enable the tube to flex slightly to give a tight fit.
I printed this with supports at 190C with PLA.
