Solar panel mount for square bar

This is a parametric customizable mount to attach standard solar panel z mount brackets to a square tube. Adjustable to height, width, bar thickness, gussets, thicknesses, bolt diameter, etc... The mounting ear can be tilted (rotated) to establish a slope with the panel. Play around with each parameter to see their effect.

The only outstanding issue is the placement of the web wedge Y axis is manual (web wedge y offset).

NOTES:
1. Before generating the .STL file, the object must be re-rendered each time after selecting Top / Bottom halves.
2. You MUST use a version of Open Scad published AFTER 1 Feb 2026 (nightly build), until such time a 2026 release is published.
3. Print in ASA or other water and UV stable material. 20% or more infill, 4 or more edge layers.
