The solar tracker:
The solar tracker aligns itself to the sun with the help of four photo resistors and is always perpendicular to it. If less brightness is detected in a section, a command is sent to the Arduino Nano which then controls the servo motors to be perpendicular to the sun again.
The solar tracker is made of 3D printed PLA materials and has 2 SG90 servomotors for alignment. On a prototype board is a soldered Arduino Nano which is the brain of the solar tracker.
Additionally it has 4 photo resistors which act as sensors for the alignment.
A 2.5W 5V / 500mAh solar panel is used to generate energy.
have fun with it
I would appreciate your feedback very much
