Update 8/2/17: Thickened the parts for the shrouded setup in hopes of making it a little more robust. I have not printed the parts but they look okay in CAD. I also modified the hardware used on the thicker parts to take advantage of easier to find M4x50mm screws (per canadadry's feedback). Just sub in the (3) thickened parts as needed.

Update 4/21/16: Modified base option added that provides a slight tilt to the whole assembly as seen in the first pic.

I couldn't justify paying $60 for an off-the-shelf fume extractor so I designed this for use while soldering or dealing with other unwanted vapors. The fan is a standard 12V 120mm case fan and the filter is 130mm x 130mm x 10mm (link in parts section). It also employs an on/off switch and power jack.

There are a couple of configuration options:
* The rear vent is optional; if you plan to install it, print out the base designed for the vent (base_for_vent.stl). If you think you might want to add the vent later, go ahead
