1 lb solder spool holder. (Kester brand 0.02" dia; I haven't tried any other ones) Add some of those sticky feet things https://www.amazon.com/Black-Rubber-Feet-Stick-Bumper/dp/B06XPFDQBH
Use more infill if you think you will be rough with it, I went with 25% on the base and 40% on the spindle for V1, 1.2mm thickness, 0.2 layer height.

Made it 5mm less wide, put a hole in the spindle. Added a hawse (for under-wind). Need support for this unless you are really good at bridging. Spindles will not interchange.

19.2mm spindle for spool hole of 19.5mm.
Width is 65mm on the inside, probably get a 64mm wide spool in there
no supports required, probably want a brim on the spindle.
Choose your desired infill. I used 25% for the base and 40% for the spindle.
PM me if you have a different size hole in your spool, I can make new files.
