I allready had the same base part which i made of wood years ago and now upgraded to abs plastic thanks to 3D printing.
Modeled with fusion360.
Base: 15%infill
Nuts: 20-30% infill is enough
Rod: 100% infill is advised.
spring: cheap soldering station part, i think anyone who at least once did soldering should have one :)
