solid bed mount spacer - CR10

This is a spacer for silicone solid bed mounts for the CR10, but also usable on other printers.

["Solid" mounts](https://www.amazon.com/FYSETC-Printer-Silicone-Leveling-Heat-Resistant/dp/B087JKW7SF) replace the springs on your print bed so that your bed stays level for longer.
This solid mount for the CR10 has a dimension of between 18mm and 25mm tall and 18mm wide. They come in a set of 4. One of the mounts in the set will be 2mm shorter than the others. This spacer is meant to take up that extra space of the short mount.

There are other things on thingiverse for this purpose, but they also incorporate a heatbed cable tray which I didn't need/want. This is just a spacer.
