The cable on the HyperX Solocast microphone tends to hover above the desk and get in the way. This clip helps route the cable down the stand and keep the cable flush to the desk for a cleaner aesthetic. The clip is easy on/off the stand. Be a bit careful with inserting the cable so you don't rip off the hook.
