Something's Fishy is a challenging packing puzzle. Copies of this vintage puzzle can be found cheaply on ebay and other sites. However, the key to pop open the container is often missing. Although the key is easily replaced with a piece of wire, I designed this replacement key for the original.
To use the key, insert into the larger rectangular opening on the "can." With the end of the key protruding out the smaller hole on the other side, turn the key to pop the lid open.
Printing:
I used an Elegoo Mars SLA (resin) printer. The bottom of the key is only slightly rounded to provide more surface area and better adherence. To improve adherence, I also increased the number of initial layers and initial layer exposure time.
