Sonicator Test Tube Rack

Designed for my wife who works in a research lab. Very simple, but this was my first time ever doing any 3D modeling so I am pretty proud of it. The rack is designed to fit snug over the lip of a VWR 97043-980 Ultrasonic Homogenizer, commonly referred to as a “sonicator.” The large holes are 31mm diameter and the small holes are 19mm diameter to accommodate multiple sizes of test tubes. To support the center of the model, I added 2 small plates underneath with screws and lock nuts to hold them in place. I also added a hole for the head of the screw so it does not affect the test tubes. To get the model as shown, you will need to print the following: 2x each corner1x each edge2x center plate You will also need 8x M3 screws with lock nuts
