Sonoff SV Enclosure

This is a case for the Sonoff SV. I have made some changes to tolerances and wall thicknesses throughout.

I have a 0.2mm (200) tolerance version and a 0.3mm (300) tolerance version.

Depending on the material the 0.2mm tolerance is tight. For me anyway.
