My patio awning was begging for a Sonos PLAY:3 speaker, and the speaker was begging for a nice custom made yet stylish mounting bracket. 3D printer, do your job!
This is sizewise just barely printable on a Replicator 2 - it is by far the biggest thing I have made. The conical speaker fits perfectly with a snap, and can easily be removed for the winter.
The mounts are made to fit a 35 mm square bar, but the mounts themselves can relatively easily be modified for other dimensions.
