You can print it without any supports, enclosure need from 4 - 12 small neodimium magnets (1.5x4.5mm) to hold the cap in place.

Octagonal infill provides certain amount of protection for the projector.

I've chosen to print it with 0.8mm nozzle at 0.32mm but it will work witout issue o different settings.
