Hello!
Recently i decided to mod my MDR-7506 to an open-back design. So i made this part to be installed between the driver and the headband.
What you need to do is:
1. print the part with the larger part at the bottom and add supports to sustain the smaller screw parts while printing.
2. Take your headphone pads out
3. Unscrew the driver
4. Insert the printed part inside and screw it back in place with Sony's screws
5. Add some double sided tape around around the part to stick the pads back
6. Done!
