SOT23

Four variants of the SOT23 package, featuring 3, 5, 6, and 8 legs. Dimensions are taken mainly from the IPC-SM-782 standard, with additional details taken from various manufacturer data sheets. As always, my models represent the worst-case (largest) dimensions in the specifications. Their orientations are to my own personal standard so that I can use pick-and-place data from my E-CAD software to place models in my PCB model designs.
