The Soviet Echo class submarines were a formidable presence during the Cold War, designed as nuclear-powered cruise missile submarines to project naval power and serve as a counterbalance to Western fleets. With their distinctive twin rows of missile silos and robust hull form, they became one of the iconic submarine silhouettes of their era. This 25 cmeter long, 3D printable model recreates the Echo class sailing on surface over a moderate sea. You can also get a multi piece, 1.4 m long Echo model with articulated dive planes, rudder, radar dome, periscopes, and missile silos. The interior hull is left hollow, offering flexibility for builders to adapt the model for static display, an adventurous RC conversion, or custom modification. A higher poly version of this one piece desktop model is also freely available on my website.
