Sovol Heavy Damper

This a remix of the spring loaded feet for the Ender 3. In order to use stiffer springs to support the heavier Sovol SV01, I slightly reduced the diameter of the top and bottom locating pins. Because the Sovol sits higher than the Ender, I also increased the height of the base. PLA worked fine, and the high infill makes it pretty sturdy.
