Sovol SV04 Settings

Settings for the IDEX printer Sovol SV04 for Cura and Prusaslicer
- Cura: copy it in C:\Program Files\Cura...\
- Prusaslicer: File->Import->Import Config Bundle

(The Config for Prusaslicer has a special ability for printing with different temps in copy mode)

Updated 2023-10-10 Config for Prusaslicer:
- Added M605, so you are always in the right print mode, no matter what was choosen.
- Added Single Mode S1+S2

Updated 2023-10-23 Config for Prusaslicer:
- Mode M605 S3: The Mirror Mode must be initialize first with S2 (copy mode)
