Sovol SV08 Spoolholder

My SV08 did not fit on the workbench. The filament holder extends to the right, where my filament shelf is.
So I made this filament spool holder replacement with fusion.
Works well, looks good, mission accomplished.

What you need in addition:
Two Screws M4x20, because the original screws are too short
One M3 melt-in thread

Supports are necessary, just for the two notches for the barrel roll. Do not print supports inside the screw holes. You need a support blocker there.
Wall count should be increased. 5 or 6 walls would be great.
I'd recommend infill >20%.

If you want to resize it for your special needs, just use the Fusion360 file and edit some values.

Update 1/2025:
I used the usual top extension for the housing. So I needed to redesign the spool holder. Looks better now, uses less material and print time. Use the files ending with "_high" for this.
