Complete set of interlocking map modules for Space Hulk and similar tabletop games. Designed for 28mm base minis. Bigger base can be used if scaled up.
The small side tabs and the pop-on connectors fix the map together quite securely. There are two connector types. One is a bit lose fitting (easier to disassemble) the other is more tight fitting (more stable). Try both and use what works better for your setup. I use tighter tabs and they are very secure. I can lift the entire mission 3 map just fine. However, those can snap easly during disassembly.
I used this as the basis: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2945915
Then I complied walls and floors to these ready to use modules. Adjusted the size, the tabs, fixed minor issues with the corners, created the connector part and made the drop in door frame. There is a normal and a narrow version. The normal slides the door better, the narrow can fit a figure in the door better.
For the rooms, there are two versions. A with build in door
