I haven't had a chance to print this yet so I've no idea if it works or will even print. It's still very much a work in progress and I'll update it as/when I get a chance to do more work on it.
After a long argument with the Solidworks Autotrace I decided to trace this by hand. The eye was the hardest part as any supports ruin the look of the logo. My current solution is to have "bridges" of materiel not touching the surface to connect the eye to the rest of the stencil. If the paint is applied at an angle it *might* completely remove any trace of the bridges.
The dimensions of the stencil are: 200 x 150 x 2.5 mm
