Spaetzle

If you like the original german dish than you need this tool:
The recipe that works nicely:
200 g Flower
2 Eggs
150 g water
First mix the flower intensively with the Eggs
You obtain a relatively dry dough. Then add slowly the water and mix intensively again.
To get more fluffy Spaetzle you could add sparkeling water instead of tap water
Leave the dough for 15 Minutes and mix again afterwards
In the meantime, bring 2 Liter salted water to boil
As soon it boils you can start with to fill the dough into the Slicer and by moving the dough will drop into the boiling water. As soon the Spaetzle swim at the top they can be removed.
Repeat the process until all the dough was transformed to Speatzle.
