Sparrows Progressive Lock Stand

This is a very simple and (hopefully) useful way to cheaply and quickly hold the [Progressive Locks from Sparrows](https://www.sparrowslockpicks.com/products/progressive-locks). Modified from the [Key In Knob Clamp Stand](https://github.com/deviantollam/MikeDev_KIKstand) (from Deviant Ollam, designed by MikeDev).

As with the original stand, this design includes multiple ways to attach this to a working surface: two 5mm (~3/16") holes for screws, a recess for a round ~12mm x 3mm magnet, or simply clamp the front of the stand to a (thin enough) surface with a large binder clip.
