This speaker building tool I created to use with my centering drill. It quickly aligns holes to the same offset location on each corner. I've created diagonal holes 3/4" to 3" spaced every 1/4" and then a few inset holes in case diagonal isn't quite right. You could also use a marking punch or pencil to make a mounting notation using this guide. I intended it to be used directly with the centering drill to cut down on build time.
Printing:
I designed this to print directly on the surface with no raft or supports. The bottom layer isn't terribly important since it is not the surface contacting the speaker. The centering holes are also chamfered at 45 degrees to prevent supports from populating. Some very small number references are inset on the bottom and printed fine for me without any added support since they are so shallow. If they don't turn out super it isn't a big deal. Again, they don't matter since they are not on the flat side going to the speaker.
