Design Concept & PurposeThis design features a simple yet effective **Speaker Mount** tailored specifically for wire shelves and wire racks. The primary purpose of this model is to securely attach devices, such as your Echo speaker, to the wire grid, allowing for optimal speaker placement and enhancing audio performance through stability and a degree of vibration dampening.Components & SpecificationThis mount consists of three main parts:1.Bolt (The long threaded part)2.Base Plate (The flat square part)3.Threaded Nut/Spacer (The round part with internal threads)The bolt is designed to fit the common mounting standard found on many speakers and mounting accessories:Bolt Size:1/4-20 UNC (One-quarter inch diameter with 20 threads per inch, a coarse Unified National thread).Print RecommendationsTo ensure the durability and function of the mount:Filament: Use a strong filament like ABSor PETGto ensure high durability and resistance to wear.Infill Density: Consider an infill density of at least 50% for maximum strength and load-bearing capacity.Recommended Print Quantity: We recommend printing two (2)of the spacer.objparts to improve stability.Assembly Instructions1. Align:Place the Base Plate(square part) on the wire shelf where you want to mount the speaker.2. Insert Bolt: Insert the Bolt through the hole in the Base Plate and the wire grid of the shelf.3. Secure: From underneath the shelf, screw the Threaded Nut/Spacer(round part) onto the Bolt until the entire assembly is tightly secured to the shelf. (If using two spacers, place one above and one below the wire grid to sandwich it).4.
