3D models for DIY speaker ports
I use this when I'm building DIY speakers with round bass reflex ports. I'm using a 50mm PVC pipe for the port's body, cutting it to the desired length, then I'm printing the front flange and the back flange. The inner diameter of the port is 46mm (about 1.8") and the outer diameter is 50mm. I'm using contact adhesive to glue the pieces together.
Printing is done using black PETG, with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer width.
