Speed Lace Eyelets

I designed these from an old set of Speed Laces Advanced Shoe Lacing System that I purchased years ago. I wanted to purchase a new set, but these have been discontinued for unknown reasons. These eyelets allow the shoe to be securely tied quickly to one's foot without any hotspots, pinching, or discomfort.

Therefore, I decided to reverse engineer and improve upon the design to what I believed is better for a shoe lace system for running. I have ran with these eyelets installed on my shoes--and they performed perfectly. Lock Laces, bungie-cord laces, and 4mm x 36" round athletic shoe laces all work well with these speed lace eyelets.
