Speed Strip and Locking Clip

This model was was used for holding back the PHEV Coolant Lines at a popular vehicle manufacturer in SC. This model holds up well. It is put on and taken off 50 to 75 vehicles every 2.5 hours. Its held up well for the past 2 months. Plug should be made out of TPU and goes into a 12mm hole. The cover photo orientation is how it holds tension. If done the other way it will not hold. The Spring is a .5x6x20 or 25mm. Fun little project I got to work on and bring to life. No the manufacturer does not have any rights to this build. This was made by me as a personal project and the company did not feel like paying out for a project when a vehicle run out is within a year. Feel free to adjust the speed strip as needed cause this was all done in a small area.
