speedloader 75mm

I liked the look of Area503's Nerf Perses hopper extension (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3923382), but it did not come with a cap. Buying one seemed like cheating when I could print one. The maxsteel333 speed hopper (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:150077) was close, but did not quite fit the lip, so this one is designed to fit exactly. Works great.
