Speedo Goggle Buckle

DetailsThis is a replacement buckle designed for Speedo goggles, though it may work on other brands as well. I've been using a 3d printed buckle since my original one broke and I wanted to share the design here. It is based on the buckle design from Speedo's “Vanquisher 2.0” line of goggles, but it works perfectly fine on my “Vanquisher Optical” goggles.I have included a version with a tighter fit (no compensation for natural shrinkage in 3D printing), but I only recommend it if the standard size is too loose, as it could put more stress on the rubber strap. PrintingPrints without supports on the flat face without the chamfer. I printed this with 0.08mm layer height and PLA, but other filaments should work just as well (except TPU). I printed 2 buckles in 12 minutes on the Bambu Lab P1P. I have included STL and STEP versions of the model.
