Yet another round dice. A sphere with an interior octahedron space, each vertex points to a number of dots, 1 to 6. Works best on a soft surface where the dice won't roll too far.Print with the flat side on the build plate, use adaptive layers so that the round tops prints evenly. Colour the dots as you see fit.Print on a smooth surface to minimise the visibility of the joint between the halves, a textured surface works OK but looks better if lightly sanded.Add two 5mm long pieces of filament to the locations on the flat faces to hold the parts in the correct position when you glue them.Insert a 6mm to 8mm steel ball bearing into the centreUse ABS cement or other adhesive of your choice to glue the two halves together. Be brave and print the pair of files as one sphere stopping mid way to insert a steel ball (be sure that the ball is below the surface). For this you would have to use supports which will likely show some marks underneath. I didn't try this.
