use 1 or 2 bars is up to you.

- (in CURA: resize the bar to the length you want. Place the Custom Bar End on each end of the bar you just resized and make sure they are aligned. RIGHT CLICK, choose SELECT ALL MODELS, and MERGE MODELS.)

I print with PETG 60% infill. Recommend more for PLA. Make sure all nuts and bolts are tight and secured. When nothing is "resting" on each other, everything is one solid structure.
