This is a spiky D20 formed by connecting 12 D10s with dihedral angles of 120 around a point.
The one I created was printed at 200% scale due to my printer's nozzle being too big to print the roman numerals at a lower scale and I painted the numerals silver to make them stand out against the background.
I've included the unmarked D10 used to create the D20 as a file so other's could use it to create their own things and also because it's interesting to print a bunch of them and stick them together manually like in the picture I uploaded.
