Spin Counter 3

Added a 3rd digit to the original design. Chose to make a few other changes to actually make that work. Such as putting the number hole at the top. Also redid the numbers... I forgot why to be honest I did this like 3 months ago and just forgot to upload the files. I think it had something to do with the order or direction the numbers were facing.
