Spinner mod with flat cap

Changed the end of the spinner arm to an arrow point, added some division lines and made a flat cap for the spinner. The student likes to press down on the cap to spin so the flat cap works better for them. It also fits nicely in the organiser: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7049588
I used a paint marker for the numbers, I previously printed it in white and just used permanent marker for the numbers.
