A spiral fidget spinner, works well with 608 bearings.
Note that the spinner has a cavity inside the rim so its centre of mass is in the middle, because a spiral is not, by itself, centered. If you tweak the parameters, you'll want to be able to measure the centre of mass of the new STL; I used [node-stl](https://www.npmjs.com/package/node-stl) to do that.
Infill for the spinner should be 100% to maximize the spinner weight and momentum, and to ensure that the cavity that balances the spinner works properly.
Use infill for the centre only so it's sturdy, I used 30%.
No supports necessary.
