This is a fidget spinner that spins a spiral to give the impression of forever going up or down.
It is based around a 28mm exterior, 15mm interior, 7mm high bearing (cheap one off Amazon and had to clear off all the grease and gunk to get it spinning freely)

Worth just printing portions to check for size before printing the whole thing
