Spiral Impossible Passthrough Fidget

This is my take on an Impossible Passthrough Fidget with a clean spiral twist design. The outer body has a smooth helical pattern that makes it super satisfying to rotate in your hand, while the passthrough section gives it that classic “how is that even possible?” effect.
