Spiral Track, for a marble run
Here are some spiral tracks for a marble run.
There are 3 different models with different count of starts and the spirals have one turn of 360 degrees.
In the Video you can see a double spiral with 2 marbles going through parallel.
double spiral
triple spiral
For each spiral exists one support part.
Load the track-model and the support-model into your slicer.
Locate both models manually to the centre of your print bed. (both have the same coordinates)
The support-model is designed with no gap, so in the slicer it have to be moved in Z direction about -0.2 to -0.4mm. (down)
Now there is a gap between the support-model and the track-model of 0.2 to 0.4mm.
The support part is printed as "normal model"
The model is customized, so other heights could be realized. (see list)
If there is some need, write a comment and I will upload the STL files.
Update 20.12.2019:
In my slicer program not every track model was concentrical with the s
