Spirit Rev Trigger

This requires one more of the spirit switches, 2 m2.5/toy bolts, and my own spirit firmware found here (spirit branch): https://github.com/davidpyo/G19H Connect the NO to pin 8 (or if using PCB, the rev input pin), and C to GND. Enjoy the ability to pre-rev, and get instant shots off, while also still having single trigger closed loop operation.
