Based on the Spitfire IX engine starter button (not sure if the dimensions are exactly right). Note that some Spitfire's had a different button cap design. Could be adapted to boost coil button too.
Self explanatory which parts go where. Technique- first wire up sensor and past wires through holes at the back. Place sensor in position and click sensor cover into place. Attach the sensor button cap. Line up holes and fix in place with M4 25mm inter screws. M4 countersunk screw can be used to fix the button to cockpit or whatever you want.
Designed to work with these momentary push buttons, the button cap should fit perfectly on:

Wires fit through holes in the back and sensor cap keeps sensor in place.
Designed to work with M4 x 25mm inter screws (binding screws). The right holes (looking top down) are slightly larger to accommodate the larger female part.
