This is a (almost) true 1/4 scale Rotol 4 bladed propeller for the Spitfire MkIX and others. Designed using Fusion 360, the propeller blade was lofted from an original Rotol factory drawing but the shape at the root isn't 100% correct, hence the "almost".

Note that this prop is for static display use only - it MUST NOT be used for flight as it cannot take the stresses that would be imposed by a motor. The propeller would simply disintegrate which would lead to serious damage.

The blades were printed standing on their ends with supports and brim turned on. The Flsun V400 printer is able to print the blades in a single piece but for smaller printers, it will be necessary to split the blade and print in two or more parts.

There's a moderate amount of finishing work required to get a good appearance on the spinner and blades. The other parts don't need any finishing work done on them. I had tried to replicate the rows of rivets on the spinner
