The concept is to show that low-cost FDM-3D printing with adapted geometries can now be used to produce bicycle parts economically and in an environmentally friendly way.
The focus is not only on individuality, but also on usability in all social classes, as well as in self-help workshops and refugee camps. In this environment in particular, it is often individual parts that are needed and difficult to obtain.
Functional elements, such as joints, are integrated directly into the easily printable parts. These can be mounted and released again without tools by means of a connection module that can be parametrically adapted to the bicycle frame.
