Splendor Chip Holder

I like to store my board games upright on a bookshelf. With Splendor, the chips would often fall out of their recessed holes. I designed a cap that fits over each set of chips in the original packaging. Then I decided to design the caps to double as chip holders during game play.

The design perfectly cradles the chips in the original box, and yet can be used during game play to keep the chips nice and neat.

Notice that there are two sizes, one for the gem chips, and one for the gold chips. This accommodates the different depths in the box.
