Splice Wire Coupler for low voltage and current outdoor lighting
I had ordered SUNVIE Low Voltage Fastlock Landscape Lights Cable Connector 12-14 Gauge Wire for Malibu Paradise Moonrays and Other Outdoor Lighting Brands (8 Pack) from Amazon. I needed them for my solar outdoor lighting project. They worked very well. With a pack of 8, only allowed me to install 4 outdoor 12V lights (LED). I need more so I ordered more. Not paying attention to the delivery date of 2 weeks, I decided not to wait and designed my own. I called it the Splice Wire Coupler.
The Splice Wire Coupler is for low voltage and current uses only. It is not waterproof. There are three 3d printer parts (Splice Top, Bottom & Screw), along with a 4-inch cable tie and a 5/8 X 18 wire nail for a total of 5 parts need for each wire.
Assembly:
1. Place the nail through the Splice screw. You may need to use a hammer or a press to
push it through.
2. Split the main wire cable between the two conductors. Allow
