Split 1x2x3 (Normal Centers)

This is a remix of grafalex's Split 1x2x3 which is in turn a remix of NKCubed's Split 1x2x3.

My remix includes center parts that use a regular length M3 screw, unlike grafalex's version which use an M3x35 screw and a nut, neither of which I wanted to use.
