Split/Adjustable V Belt Pulley

This is a split/adjustable V Belt pulley I came up with trying to find a solution to attach a fixed motor to a pulley.

Split - it can be assembled under tension so as to not require a tensioner or adjustable motor mounts (my motor was fixed)

Adjustable - shim's (or washers) can be added in-between the halves to change the OD of the pulley, the smaller pulley shown doesn't have much adjustment but a larger pulley I originally drew up had ~9mm of adjustment so could run an OD of 120mm down to 102mm.

3D printed pulleys can become flying shrapnel if they come apart at speed, take precautions if you're printing this part for use in high speed applications, this is just a temporary solution for myself and I'll be machining one from aluminium once the lathe is running.
